The fact is America is dominated by white males and when their entitlement is challenged their ugliness is revealed. GOP men are panicked, they believe, #MeToo movement’s agenda, among other issues, is going to topple their superiority.

Perhaps they have reason to be fearful but not for the reasons they believe. These men manufacture conspiracy theories to brainwash the masses. These entitled men scream discrimination when the words they utter are countered by lesser equals.

Brent Kavanagh’s Supreme Court nomination hearing is a prime example. His demeanor and language should have booted him from the candidacy. It has not — yet. He whined that the hearing has to into a smear campaign perpetrated by the Democrats was appalling. He should have been eliminated right then, but his entitlement buddies huddled up and moved the nomination forward.

entitlementHe called the reports of sexual misconduct as a “calculated and orchestrated political hit, fueled with apparent pent-up anger about President Trump and the 2016 election.” Kavanaugh is a white man who is not used to his entitlement being challenged He further claims he will not be intimidated withdrawing his candidacy.

Senator Lindsey Graham shouted at those opposing Kavanagh’s confirmation. He claimed anyone against the nominee was out to “destroy this guys life!” His diatribe went downhill from there when his rant included blaming his Democratic counterparts for conspiring to keep the Justice seat open until 2020 when they hope to win the presidency back. Then Graham was of the same mindset when pointed his fingers and his colleagues and said:

If you vote no, you are legitimizing the most despicable I have seen in my time in politics.

That is an interesting statement from an entitled man who has been representing South Carolina since his election to the Senate in 2002. Essentially, he is claiming there has never been hoopla like this before in politics.

He is 63 years old and must have had his head in the sand for quite some time. Doesn’t he remember the disgraceful insistence the entire Republican party and its supporters contended then-President Barack Obama was born in Kenya and was a Muslim? In fact, that is still thrown around to impune the Democratic party.

What about them blocking the confirmation of Obama’s Supreme Court nominee, Merrick Garland? That was quite a disgraceful scene, perpetrated by Congress, Graham included.

entitlementConservatives and Liberals alike have an abundance of white privilege entitlement that comes with being a man in America. It is not so much their economic standing, rich and poor white men suffer from the delusion that they are superior. Take the neo-Nazi white supremacists as an example.

Perhaps, the reason is, those who are oppressed by them are not organized enough to revolt as a group. Women and every other race or creed need to stand up once again and become angry like the Baby Boomer’s Civil Rights movement or the beginnings of Feminism before they softened their stand.

#MeToo has raised the hackles the entitled white man; they are fighting back. The Washington Post reports rumors of revolt against those they oppress. Entitlement is vain, belligerent, and hateful.

entitlementDoes America need one more GOP representative, like Kavanaugh, in the Supreme Court? Supposedly the Justices are non-partisan and Constitutionally minded individuals who serve for life without recrimination. It is high time men like these are no longer the power base in Washington.

Get out and vote, invite a neighbor who needs transportation to the polls to tag along. Create a pact with others that each commits to vote in the midterm and general elections and hold each other to their pledge. Rally those who usually do not cast their ballot, especially the younger generations and those who think the system is rigged. If every eligible voter turns out, the white male entitlement regime could be toppled.
