What makes a good leader? This question has many people thinking. Some people believe this means many things. For instance, one may believe this means having strict policies. This might keep things on a tight track but does it really make a good leader?
I think this is not the case; at least not in my mind. I think it takes the ability to listen with an open heart, mind, and ears. Being able to be one with the people is key.
So is being able to work under pressure, guide people to success, and take ownership of what you do is an essential quality for a leader.
