On Friday, Oct. 13, 2017, the 2K gaming company released the deluxe edition of “WWE 2K18.”

While the standard edition of “WWE 2K18” is scheduled to be released on Oct. 17, the deluxe edition was available worldwide in stores for PS4 and Xbox One four days early. As a part of a promotion, GameStop made this version available for purchase on October 12, at 9 p.m.

The deluxe edition of the game is available anywhere that sells new video games including; Best Buy, GameStop, Toys “R” Us, Walmart, and online through the 2K gaming website. This version of the game is $90, as opposed to the standard version, which is only $60.

The reasoning for the price difference is simple: gaming content.

The standard version of this game includes access to old-school wrestler Kurt Angle, as well as two of the old attires. The deluxe version includes, not only Kurt Angle and his outfits, but “WWE 2K18” digital content and access to the “Cena (Nuff)” edition.

The “Cena (Nuff)” edition was also released the same day as the deluxe edition. This version of the game includes everything the first two versions contain, however, it includes more content and the wrestler. John Cena. It includes two playable versions of Cena, two versions of the Mattel action figure wrestler, a plaque with a piece of the ring mat from one of his wins at the Royal Rumble, and a autographed photo from him.

Although “WWE 2K18” has much to offer, some players have been asked about the game and they said “This game has more glitches than last year’s version.” They said that it seems each year, the game has more issues than the year before, and are hoping that next year, 2K will fix the game’s problems to make the game even more enjoyable.
