CNN has discovered an arrest warrant changed into issued over the summer time for R. Kelly’s above supervisor and manager, James Mason. He was accused of terrorizing and threatening to kill the father of Joycelyn Savage for their participation in the Lifetime series.
Timothy Savage claims his daughter, Joycelyn was being held against her will by R. Kelly. Mason aggressively threatened him for speaking out. This incident allegedly took place in Spring of 2018, according to the Henry County police.
The police report indicates, Mason’s threatening language included, “I’m gonna cause harm to you and your family and after I see you I’m gonna get you, I’m going to f***ing annihilate you.”
The case was introduced to a Magistrate Judge who decided to issue a warrant in July 2018, citing “terroristic threats and acts.” He referred the case to the sheriff’s office.
Savage’s family claims she is having a sexual relationship with R. Kelly, and that she is being manipulated through him into cutting off communication with the rest of the world.
Her father says they have not heard from her in about two years. She spoke out against her family’s claims in a video released in 2017. She denied being held captive and brainwashed by R. Kelly.

Wednesday morning, Jan. 09, 2019, CNN reported they phoned Mason. “No comment” was his response, then he added any if they had any further inquiries they should contact his lawyer.
