Kevin Durant of the Brooklyn Nets is having serious issues with the Nets regarding trades. Durant’s two destinations are the Miami Heat and the Phoenix Suns. However, the obstacles with those trades are that the Phoenix Suns can’t include Deandre Ayton and the Miami Heat can’t include Bam Adebayo. Another obstacle that Durant is having is that the Nets are not wanting to talk with the teams that interest him. Whatever deal they get from any team that’s the offer they are taking. The two teams that are serious to land Durant are the Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors. The Boston Celtics are offering Jaylen Brown, Derrick White, and a first-round pick, and the Toronto Raptors deal includes Rookie of the Year, Scottie Barns.
The Memphis Grizzlies announced that they are interested in the superstar Kevin Durant the offer includes young talented players such as Jaren Jackson Jr, Brandon Clarke, and Zaire Williams the obstacle with that offer is that Brooklyn Nets don’t want the package deal.
The Brooklyn Nets are tough to get because of the deals they are looking for; they don’t want package deals and are looking for role players. The Phoenix Suns don’t want to let go there superstar Devin Booker. Brooklyn has insisted on being competitive this season, and the asking price for Durant has been All-Star talent, quality role players, and draft picks.
That doesn’t mean things will be easy in Brooklyn in the future. A period of reconciliation is likely, especially since Durant requested the firing of both Nash and Marks. If the Nets are to succeed, those players must find a way to collaborate.
Durant has agreed to stay with the Brooklyn Nets. Ben Simmons and Kyrie Irving have decided to remain with the Brooklyn Nets. This is huge news for the organization as well as the entire city of New York.
