Ke’Lena Thomas is 18 years of age and a native of Chicago, Illinois. She is a God-fearing, intelligent, hard-working, dedicated, driven worker, student, and individual in her daily life. With the support and guidance from God and her family, Ke’Lena has grown into one of integrity with appropriate morals.
She recently graduated from Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School in Chicago, Illinois, with honors this past spring. Ke’Lena is now fully enrolled as a college freshman this fall at Howard University in Washington, DC.
Through the News School Program, she wants to achieve guidance in writing, knowledge of the importance of truth in writing, and an increased understanding of the various occurrences in our society today.
