Hugh Jackman Reveals 2019 World Tour

“It’s not Wolverine The Musical. Not yet.” Hugh Jackman, the Austrailian star and beloved Wolverine character has revealed he will be doing a world tour next year. Jackman is calling the tour “The Man. The Music. The Show.”

Entertainment Tonight details the tour will begin May 13, 2019, in Hamburg, Germany and on June 18 in Houston, Texas. The show will wrap up in Hollywood, California on July 20.

The tour stops will be made in America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Austraila, and New Zealand. The show will consist of a 26-piece orchestra, 30 singers and dancers The songs are from “The Greatest Showman,” (2017), “Les Miserables,” (2012), “Boy From Oz,” (2003), and other songs from Broadway and his auditions.

Tickets will be available to purchase worldwide beginning on Dec. 7, 2018. In Europe and the United Kingdom, the tickets will be available at 9 a.m. local time. In North America, the tickets will be available at 10 a.m.

Jackman has a lot of surprises in store for the audiences who attend his shows. In his interview, he said “I’m singing. I’m dancing. I’m telling stories.” These stories will feature special guest like Keala Settle, who plays the big lady in “The Greatest Showman.”

The tour is a celebration. It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Jackman describes what he wants his show to be to the audience in his interview:

“I think whether it’s 300 hundred people or 3,000 or 13,000 it has to feel like a celebration and you have to connect … Whether you’re at the back or whether you’re at the front, this is a night where something’s going to happen that can only happen there”

With the hard work and help of Jackman’s family, he will be preparing a unique one-man show that is sure to be a memorable experience for all. His wife, Deborra-lee Furness, helped Jackman put together his list of songs. His two children Oscar, 18, and Ava, 13, will have jobs helping with the show, mentions Entertainment Tonight.
