Boldly Inclusive

Boldly inclusive as it relates to the Word of God is one of the most important things we as Christians should embrace. The Word of God encompasses the world and all that is in it. As Christians, we should boldly include the Word of God in every area of our lives, such as:

  • Learning and studying the Word.
  • Hiding the Word in our hearts.
  • Living the Word in our homes.
  • Standing boldly on the Word amongst our peers;
  • Being witnesses and spreading the Word in our communities;

Developing into a strong and bold believer of the Word of God must first begin with knowing God. Not only as Christians but as humans, when we want to know more about a particular thing, we study. As with the Word of God, 2 Timothy 2:15 says, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth” (King James Version; KJV). How much do we know about God, as much as we know about his Word?

Boldly Inclusive Matters Of The Heart

Psalm 119:11 Thy Word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee (KJV).

When the Word “heart” is mentioned, we usually think about the muscle that pushes blood through our bodies. However, speaking about the heart as it pertains to the Word of God, the Bible refers to the heart as our emotions, intellect, and will. We must strive to be boldly inclusive concerning each of these.

The heart is the governing axis of the entire body. As Christians, living our lives according to the will of God, we have to commit with our whole heart. Matthew 22:37, Jesus declared, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart soul and mind” (KJV).

Charity Begins At Home And Spreads Abroad

Boldly InclusiveBut as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. This passage can be found in the last line of Joshua 24:15. When we are boldly inclusive with the Word of God in every area of our lives, we can not leave any part out.

Therefore, we must include our home and our children. Scripture tells us to train up a child in how he shall go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

For this to be a successful feat, we must first be a living witness. Children learn by example and are imitators of what they see. So we should let the love of God radiate through our gestures as well as our Words. We can make our mouths say anything, but actions speak louder than words, and love is an action word. What we say should line up with what we do.

Peer Pressure v Boldly Inclusive

Oftentimes, even as adults, we allow our friends to influence and dictate our performance. Standing boldly inclusive on what you believe can sometimes feel uncomfortable. Nevertheless, we must be who we are unapologetically, even amongst our friends. Let me be perfectly clear; this does not mean shoving the Word of God down the throat of others.

Rather, it means we should stand strong on what we believe and not being afraid to let others know what we believe in even if they disagree. Be bold, be fierce, and be confident in the Word of God. Luke 9:6 says, “Whoever is ashamed of me and my Words, the son of man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the father and of the holy angels” (KJV).

Community Outreach

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation. Matthew 16:15, (KJV).

As children of God, our reasonable service is to preach the gospel everywhere we go and to those with whom we come in contact. The world needs to hear the good news of Jesus Christ, and we are his representation.

Be steadfast regarding your boldly inclusive faith, and incorporate the Word of God into every crack and crevice of your life. Do not leave any stone unturned.

…you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth. Acts 1:8.
