Bibiann “Bibi” Lebechi has great plans for her life. Not only is she a mother to “two beautiful children;” she is also a business consultant for finance and an actor. This busy momma seems to be a Wonderwoman in her own rights. She went from being a stay-at-home mother for eight years to working her tail off to show her children and herself that anything can be done once you trust in God and put your mind to it.

Lebechi was born in Nigeria where she lived until she was 13 years old. Afterward, she and her family moved to Washington, D.C.

She has great aspirations for her life. Within the next 5 to 10 years, she hopes to be recognized as a host and an actor. Currently, she has her own show called “Prayer Talk.” She also hopes to be in films one day; not only as an actor but with her screenplays.

Lebechi began her show in September 2021. The three things that really got her motivated to start her program were the “#EndSARS movement, Black Lives Matter, and the election.”

For those who do not know the End SARS movement began to end Nigeria’s notorious Special Anti-Robbery Squad. These individuals enjoyed torturing, raping, and killing people. They would use these techniques to extract information from suspects or just because they could.

The Nigerian authorities swore several times throughout the years they would disband SARS. However, on Oct. 4, 2020, a viral video showed SARS officers dragging two men from a hotel and shooting one of them outside.

Seven days later SARS disbanded, however, this was the fifth time since 2015 that disbandment was pledged.

Before she started her own show, Lebechi participated in a lot of panelist discussions. She thoroughly enjoys all aspects of her life. There is not much that she would change, however, she does wish she had the knowledge she has now to help her in her past.

She is hoping The News School program will help her become a better writer. In addition, she is hoping to learn great things in this program. She “Thank’s God every day for all the blessings he has given [her] and [her] family.”
