As the hot burning blazes of California’s Wildfire spread throughout the state the residents are preparing for family and property losses today, Nov. 9th, 2018, NBC News took to the sky to record the spreading fire. They showed how the wildfire has taken over acres of land and is continuing to increase in size from all angles.
“Five people burned to death in their cars as they tried to get away from flames in the Camp Fire.” Additionally, more than 40,000 residents have evacuated from the area. NBC News explains that “at least 20 homes have been destroyed so far” and more are underway for evacuation.
Within the California Wildfires, there are three separately named fires. The Woolsey Fire has overthrown parts of the Malibu areas. The Camp Fire has burned more than 70,000 acres and has destroyed small structures in the town of Paradise. Lastly, the Hill Fire has “blackened more than 10,000 acres” and consumed “the same area devastated by the Springs Fire of 2013,” according to the NBC News.
