The News School primarily seeks to serve black and brown communities by providing them with print and online news communicated through the voices of trained citizen journalists residing in the communities we serve. Ultimately, the publication aims to inspire readers with stories that can make a positive impact in their lives and on those around them. Through feature news and information, The News School will highlight stories that encourage and enable people to improve relationships and engage in dialogue wherever they are: in business or schools, in their families, neighborhoods, and social communities.
